Customize Your Server Rack

Our server racks and cabinets consist of 5 basic elements:

• Frame
• Front Door
• Rear Door
• Top Panel
• Side Panels

The frame is a rigid, welded 16 gauge steel frame with a front and rear set of adjustable vertical rails. The front and rear set of vertical rails are mounted to 6 horizontal "C" channels (3 per side) which are part of the cabinet frame. The rails can be moved and locked in position to match the depth of the equipment to be installed.

The Front door is face mounted to the frame and is typically smoked Plexiglas with a metal frame. Mesh doors and solid steel doors are available.

The rear door is flush mounted and is typically solid steel. Mesh doors are available.

The top panel is perforated or solid. A 10” dia, 560 cfm fan can be mounted in the top panel for ventilation. Other fan configurations are available.

Side panels are solid steel and are hinged to the frame.

Both doors and side panels are lockable.

Rack and Cabinet sizes

Inside dimensions (useable space) are given below. For outside dimensions, add 6” to height and 4” to width. Depth is as shown.
